Victoria Zawitkowski (she/her) is a sexuality educator, pre-licensed therapist, and social work graduate student. She is passionate about sexual health, mental health, and creating communities of care through education, clinical work, and activism. She firmly believes that the responsibility of care should not rest solely on the individual.
Victoria is a white, cisgender woman. She grew up in Poland—where her family is originally from—and Virginia, USA. Living abroad at a young age sparked her lifelong desire to travel, learn, listen, and share stories.
After earning her Bachelor’s in Journalism, Victoria served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Liberia, West Africa, where she spent three years teaching math, English, and sexual health in a rural community. She also trained incoming volunteers to do the same.
Altogether, she has more than six years of classroom teaching experience, including 3.5 years as a full-time sexuality educator. More recently, she has transitioned into clinical practice as an outpatient therapist and plans to pursue certification in sex therapy, integrating her background as both an educator and clinician.
“It’s imperative to consider how systemic oppression shapes people’s sexual experiences, emotional wellbeing, and ultimately their right to liberation.
Because of my identities, I cannot lead or embody the work of decolonization. I can, however, act in solidarity with decolonial efforts by collaborating to co-create sex-positive, pleasure-centered, intersectional, culturally responsive, empathetic, and accessible services. I want to be your collaborator!”

We are so thankful for the time and effort. The workshop was a success!!! Throughout the weeks, I received positive feedback from participants stating the information was beneficial. I even got to “see” one of the participants practice boundaries with another individual that was too close to their space.
